    PLEASE NOTE: Due to the high number of last-minute cancellations and ‘no shows,’ students must cancel an appointment at least 24 hours ahead of time. This system will not allow you to cancel an appointment later than this. Failure to appear at a scheduled appointment will be recorded as a ‘no-show.’ Students who receive one recorded ‘no show’ are required to pay a $10.00 cancellation fee, and will automatically be restricted from booking appointments online until he or she contacts the centre. We apologize for the inconvenience, but this policy is in place due to a high number of last minute cancelations and ‘no shows,’ which take centre resources away from other students.
